The happy couple. Full of dreams and with the brightest of futures. #dreambuilders4ever #lovingmarriage #funwithfriends
Okay, so it’s true that these two have been married for nearly 4 months (gasp!), but as I’m catching up on the blog, you get a nice dose of them entering the holidays.
I _might_ be biased, but I’m pretty sure I have the best Brides and Grooms. Tara and Andrew are an awesome couple. We had a blast hanging out with them for the wedding, and of course for the “Trash the Dress” Session, but mostly I just enjoy their joy of life. Tara is constantly in full cheek-to-cheek smile, and Andrew is the same. Every time I look through their photos I grin from ear to ear too. Their energy is contagious!
Anyhow, here are a few of the highlights, but click on the link to visit their event gallery with all of their images!
Just a quick trial of a new service and a highlight of a wonderful family…
A month ago (or more?) Heather and I had the chance to share a rainy afternoon with Ashley, Evan, Melanie & Robert and their three dogs Bossy, Barbosa and Bently. They’re a fantastic bunch. Genuine, full of energy & loving – my favorite kind of people!
You can take a look at a few of the images here:
And, the trial as promised below: a video slideshow of the images in the gallery. What do you think? Do you like the slideshow? For a first-take, I like it… I do have other options of music, transitions, and more but it’s nice to see the various images. One adjustment that I would like to adjust is the keyframe (the static frame when the video is stopped); I’m not sure if it can be adjusted with the services I use, but it would give a chance to highlight a specific image or even just my photography branding.
Check out these images from yesterday. These two are a blast. First, some time in the woods off of West Glacier Trail, then a jaunt up (and in) Montana Creek. I think the hardest part will be trying to narrow down the keepers to just a few!
These are a few shots from a wedding earlier in the summer.
Gloria & Ralph are amazing people. They have hearts of gold and a passion for serving their community. It was a blast for Heather and I to share in their special day, assisting with random things like tying ties and all of the other miscellany that arrives on a wedding day.
The ceremony was special. The room was packed and from my vantage point, it looked like every person had some type of recording device. There were cell phones, flip cameras, high end digital video cameras, and more. You could tell that there was an air of love that everyone was immersed in.
Here are a few shots from the day – take a look!

I’ve known Adriana for probably over a decade and while we periodically lose touch, we’re always thrilled to see each other when our paths cross. In recent years, she’s moved back to town and found herself forging the minds of tomorrow in the Juneau School District. What’s more is that she met Lance and obviously fallen deeply in love.
I’m stoked for these two.
Lance is a Man’s Man, humble, generous, strong, and wise. He and Adriana will make a great pair. I’m excited to share in their adventure by documenting this special time.
